This role will be responsible for designing and implementing robust training models that utilise both modern and traditional approaches.

To work with us you need to have:

• demonstrated proven experience in delivering a variety of learning solutions within large and complex organisations
• understanding of ERP tools
• proven success in developing and implementing learning strategies
• exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills with an ability to work within a shared services model
• experience in instructional design and adult education, ideally delivered through digital and traditional environments
• proven ability in influencing and engaging with stakeholders at senior level
• an understanding of the finance function would be advantageous
