TechCommNZ Newsletter

Welcome to the first issue of the TechCommNZ monthly newsletter. Here you will find information on TechCommNZ activities, profiles of technical communicators from around the country, details on what’s happening in the world of technical communications, and even the odd joke or two!

This newsletter will keep you up to date with what TechCommNZ is currently doing, and what we have planned for the future. Also there will be details of workshops that will be of interest to you, and of course, details of the TechCommNZ conference this October.

Our pilot issue has a welcome from our President, Steve Moss; as well as a run-down of the features in the June edition of the Southern Communicator from Editor Sue Woolley. This month’s Let’s Tech Communicate has some fascinating articles mined from around the internet: Augmented Reality, DITA change authoring, a toolbox for new technical communicators, and the latest trends in technical communication. There are also handy links letting you know what TechCommNZ events are happening in your centre and how to register for them.

So welcome one and all!

Regards,

Rhiannon
